I started this blog in order to stick with my new lifestyle and to gain support. I try to keep it as healthy as possible. I try to work out at least 3 times a week, I count cals and cut out pop and other bad foods. I take a multi-vitamin and drink a lot of water. I want to be happier. I would gladly give up a year or two of my life in order to live a more fulfilling life in the long run.
