I started this blog in order to help me stay motivated with my diet and to gain support. I try to keep it as healthy as possible. I try to work out at least 3 times a week, I count calories and cut out pop and junk food. I take vitamins and drink a lot of water. I do not promote ana or mia, but I do tag a lot of my pictures with those tags because everyone needs support/someone to talk to. I also feel that my UGW is in a healthy range for my height. I could actually get away with being closer to 100, but 115 just seems perfect for me.
